Working with Panasonic, Top Gun provided 11 inside sales support personnel to assist their geographically distributed Area Sales Managers (ASMs).
The role of the ISR was to act like an ASM that never leaves their desk. They found and closed new incremental business in accounts that were considered “2nd tier” or too small for the focus and energy of the ASMs.
The ISRs prospected and developed accounts, closed the business and then fulfilled the orders through resellers that were part of the distribution strategy
