INSIDE SALES REP
Sales professionals who proactively work with end users to develop opportunities and share products and solutions to solve their business needs. These are quota carrying positions.
LEAD GEN
Outbound calling professionals charged with effectively working targeted campaigns to generate strong qualified leads for our Insides Sales Team and our clients.
IT SUPPORT
Manage, maintain and improve all IT Infrastructure systems including servers, access points, connectivity, and phone systems.
SALES TRAINER
Design and Deliver development paths on client products, business practices, and other soft skills areas as determined by needs analysis.
HELP DESK SUPPORT
Provide white glove technical support on hardware and software applications. Walk customers through the problem-solving processes, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on being a help desk, not a call center. We fix problems, not just record them. Come master a wide variety of technology with us.
Manage day-to-day accounting practices through Quickbooks including AP, AR, journal entries, inter-company adjustments, and reporting. Works in conjunction with our CPA.
DATA MINING
A data mining specialist leverages various data sources (internal data, internet searches, other available data providers) to collect information about a targeted profile or group of potential prospects.
