I’ll be honest. When I heard we were going through “another training”, I was none too happy. After going through the class, I couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised. It was refreshing to go through a course that is truly relevant to my job.

I actually was expecting this would be a “feel good.” Hooray-type sales training. I rarely walk away with “actual” tools. I did this time. I have great tools I can use tomorrow.
