Customer Service Professionals who solve problems and provide information and resources to end users. White glove customer service is our trademark.
Provides technical support to end users on a variety of issues. Strong communication skills and effective problem resolution are the trademarks for our team members.
Designs and develops instructional material for client training courses that support client’s products and services.
Ensures the maximum effectiveness of the client program results by developing and implementing the live portion of the sales excellence program.
